Terms of Service

Last updated: June 9, 2026

1. The service

AI Cheat Sheet Builder converts course materials you upload into formatted, printable cheat sheets using AI. The Service is provided as-is; cheat sheet generation can occasionally fail or produce imperfect output, and we make no guarantee of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Your responsibilities

Academic integrity. You are responsible for complying with your institution's academic policies. Only use generated cheat sheets where your instructor permits them (e.g., open-note or authorized formula-sheet exams). The Service is a study tool; using it to violate exam rules is your responsibility, not ours.

Upload rights. Only upload materials you have the right to use — your own notes, or course materials your institution permits you to process for personal study. Do not upload material that infringes copyright, contains malware, or includes other people's personal data.

Account. Keep your credentials secure. One account per person. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the Service (e.g., automated scraping, attempting to bypass limits, or attacking the infrastructure).

3. Your content

You retain all rights to materials you upload and to the cheat sheets you generate. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely to provide the Service (including processing via the OpenAI API, as described in our Privacy Policy). If you create a share link, you are choosing to make that cheat sheet accessible to anyone with the link.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: resell or white-label the Service without permission; attempt to extract our prompts, bypass authentication, or exceed rate limits; upload content that is illegal or harmful; or use the Service to generate content unrelated to studying.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including exam outcomes, academic penalties, or data loss — arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0 for free accounts).

6. Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will post changes to these terms on this page with an updated date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
